Founded in 1994 by John Vode, Precision Maintenance Solutions was born from a keen understanding of manufacturing inefficiencies and a vision for scalable, repeatable maintenance excellence.
After working as a maintenance technician and millwright through college, and serving as a production engineer at a specialized cement manufacturing company in Chicago, John recognized the critical gaps plaguing industrial facilities. He developed innovative systems and processes that transformed operations at Wolf Lake Terminals, Acme Steel, and National Starch and Chemical.
